Customer Reviews
Worth the price?
How long does Ollie fresh food last in the fridge, and did anyone get 50% off their Beef Baked Recipe?
Pretty good dog food
My friend recommended Ollie so I gave it a shot for my golden retriever. I got the Mixed Starter Box, figured it was a good way to see what he liked. The Chicken with Carrots Recipe was a hit, but he wasn't as keen on the Lamb. It shipped pretty fast, took maybe 4 days to reach me in California. The little feeding scoop was a nice touch. I'm still figuring out the portion sizes for him, but it seems like a decent quality food. Happy with it so far.
My dog loves it!
My dog absolutely adored the Beef with Sweet Potato Recipe! He's usually a picky eater, but he gobbled this right up. The packaging was great, everything arrived frozen solid. I'm so happy I found Ollie! I'll definitely be continuing my subscription. Highly recommend this for any dog owner!
Good first box deal
I was looking for a healthier food option for my pug and Ollie popped up. I saw the 50% off first box offer and decided to try it. I got the Turkey with Blueberries Recipe. It felt like a good deal for human-grade food. Shipping was free on that first order too. Overall, I felt like I got good value for what I paid to try it out. Worth the investment to see if my dog liked it.
Consistent quality over time
I've been an Ollie customer for almost a year now, and I keep coming back because of the consistency. My dog has been on the Beef with Sweet Potato Recipe for months, and every delivery is just as fresh as the last. I've tried a few different dog food services in the past, but Ollie's reliability has kept me subscribed. Pausing deliveries when we travel is easy too. It's nice to have one less thing to worry about with my dog's diet.
Decent, but could improve
I tried Ollie after hearing good things. My dog really liked the Chicken Baked Recipe, which was a plus. The initial setup was smooth, and the personalized plan made sense. Shipping was fine, arrived on time and everything was still frozen. My only minor gripe was the storage container. It felt a bit flimsy for the price. While the food is great, I do wish the accessories matched the premium feel of the food a bit more. Otherwise, happy with the overall experience and quality of the food itself.
Fast delivery, good food
Ordered the Pork with Apple Recipe. My dog ate it all. Delivery was quick. Everything came frozen. Easy to manage the subscription online. Good product.

Can you actually pause your subscription if you go on vacation or something? Don't want a ton of food piling up.
What's the deal with existing customer discounts? My first box discount is gone and I was hoping for another deal soon.
Is it easy to change recipes after the first box if my dog doesn't like one? Or am I stuck with what I picked?
Does Ollie really ship to Hawaii? I saw something about it but wasn't sure if there were extra fees or anything.
Thinking about getting Ollie for my picky eater. How does their shipping work? Does it come frozen or what? I live in Florida so it's always hot.
